Close-up mingling magic is ideal for cocktail hours and networking events because it happens in small groups and naturally sparks conversation. Most receptions are booked for 90–120 minutes, which allows consistent energy and coverage throughout the room. And certain events all night which works to about 3-4 hours.

For mingling close-up magic, Kel can comfortably entertain 60–250+ guests during a standard 1.5–2 hour reception, with extended “all-evening” mingling options also available.
For stage performances, Kel regularly performs for audiences of 50 to over 1,000+ guests, with show lengths ranging from 20–60 minutes depending on your event format.
